If you're experiencing audio issues during a livestream experience, please check the following settings:
Your device volume level - check device settings
Livestream volume level - check the volume level by hovering over the livestream player and using the volume icon in the lower left corner of the player
Your Looped audio settings - check your audio/video settings by selecting the 3-vertical lines in the upper right corner and select 'Settings' - please select 'Grant audio permission' and select 'Allow' when prompted
Browser - if you have checked your device and livestream player settings, please try switching your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome.
