Redemption Codes are only used for some event reservations purchased from one of our partners or invite-only events. If your event requires the use of a Redemption Code, it will be stated in your ticket confirmation email.

Note: If a ticket reservation is purchased through one of our partners, it may take a few days to receive your Redemption Code.

If you purchased a ticket reservation directly from then you will NOT be issued a Redemption Code and will need to create a Looped account, using the same email from your ticket reservation purchase in order to access your event.
