If you've received a ticket code in your confirmation email from one of our partner events or directly from a host, you can redeem your ticket code by logging into the Looped app.

If you are not prompted to redeem a ticket code after you login to the app, you can select 'Redeem Ticket' under the SETTINGS menu.

After you redeem your ticket code, your event will be listed under MY EVENTS.

Note: Reservations made on loopedlive.com DO NOT have a ticket code and require you to login to the Looped app using the email from your ticket reservation in order to access your ticket and event information.
