If you missed your Looped call, please click the 'Request Another Call' button in the event detail page within the Looped mobile app. In order to receive a call back, you will need to select Request Another Call while the event is still happening.
Note: You will not see the call back option if the call has already been connected or attempted multiple times.
If your call did not connect and you do not see the recall option, please reach out to Looped support immediately and our team will assist you further. Support can be contacted via messenger on the bottom right corner of our site or by emailing email@example.com.
Important: Our Support Team cannot reconnect your call to the host if you contact us after an event as ended.
