If your video call froze or you could not see or hear each other, please make sure that you have a strong WiFi (or switch to cellular data) connection and verify that you have granted the Looped app all the necessary permissions.

We recommend a connection speed of 30 mbps or higher. Please check your connection speed on fast.com
