If you didn't receive your call, please make sure that you are connected to strong WiFi (or switch to cellular data) and verify that you have granted the Looped app all the necessary permissions. We recommend a connection speed of 30 mbps or higher for a crisp, clear connection. You can check your speed by visiting fast.com.
You can request a call back from Host by clicking the 'Request Another Call' button on the event detail page within the Looped mobile app.
You will not see that option if the call has already been connected or attempted multiple times. In that case, please reach out to support immediately and our team can assist you further at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: If you reach out the Support Team after the event ends, we will not be able to connect your call.
